Marin Boieru’s Adult Beginner Ballet class
Marin Boieru is a ballet master at Carolina Ballet and has been a renown principal dancer in Europe and the USA. He has been the recipient of a gold medal of the international Ballet Competition in Varna and a silver medal of the International Ballet Competition in Moscow. Ballet is a great movement modality and safe for all ages and abilities, particularly when taught by an experienced teacher like Marin. Regardless of whether you never did ballet, took classes ‘way back when’, or had been more serious about it, you will enjoy this class. All you need is something to hold on to, be it a barre, a kitchen counter or a chair.

Karin’s SMART Rolling Classes
I am offering online foam rolling classes to help restore balance and alignment. Those classes are a unique blend of different myofascial release techniques including the MELT Method, Relief through Rolling and others. The (hopeful) outcome of the class is that you feel better aligned. Many people say that they feel as if they just had a massage.

The classes use a 36 inch foam roller; a soft roller is strongly recommended. Optionally, I use a firm roller for standing techniques and a ball like a tennis ball.

Karin’s Stretch Classes
Looking for a good stretch? In this class, I will take the joints of the body through their ranges of motion in a slow, systematic way. I suggest that you use a chair without arm rests for some of the stretches. This class is done seated and standing. There is a portion where we will be on the floor. I will give seated options if required.
