We will be using balls and foam rollers in a collage of release techniques, such as MELT®, ‘Relief Through Rolling’, self-myofasical release, and others. These techniques elicit adaptive changes in the body to improve posture and well-being. As a mind-body modality, we repeatedly assess and re-assess our progress in order to evaluate the effects.
In the course of this 2-hour workshop, we will release long-held tension in the body which may have originated from repetitive movements or compromised postures of daily living. Walk out feeling released, relieved and refreshed.
